A diary that teaches children to listen to themselves – and parents to read between the lines

Although it is intended for children, it often changes adults the most . When a child writes about how they felt that day, a conversation suddenly begins that would never have started otherwise. It is in these moments that the diary stops being an object and becomes a connection.

On the other hand, we also deal a lot with children's mental health - the influence of screens, social networks, alienation, lack of empathy - have created a generation of children who, among other things, have difficulty dealing with their feelings. One of the therapeutic ways to help themselves is to write a journal, and that is why we were very excited to welcome the release and printing of a guided diary for children.
